In addition, Enviro is a high-resolution photorealistic 3-dimensional gallery environment with changeable lighting and customizable furniture and a suite of photographic tools developed on the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 5.

We think that there is a sizable population of users, organizations, and institutions (not necessarily all of whom own NFTs or who are involved with the space) who are looking for a customized, high-quality digital venue to showcase their digital artworks – at a reasonable price – which we want to deliver. Of course, how a user chooses to depict their surroundings might be called art in and of itself.

AIrIA

AIrIA is the premier social experience in the metaverse As a separate NFT collection, AIrIA will use the dynamic building tools in enviro to make your fully customized metaverse space. AIrIA will allow you to share your moments and experiences with your friends and guests in in a truly immersive and photo-realistic space. AIrIA is loaded with multiplayer and social features to make Moduluc a true metaverse experience.

PRMS TOKEN

PRMS is an SPL utility token that will be used for various functions
inside the Parametrise ecosystem:

– Upgrade enviros to higher tiers.
– Unlock special advanced features within enviros.
– Purchase additional furniture & knick-knacks objects in the enviro store.
– Reward Parametrise ART NFT holders
– Reward community contributors (content creators, 3d modellers, designers)

With the intention of making each enviro unique to its owner and a reflection of their digital identity, Moduluc aims to expand the variety of purchasable/upgradeable options within the integrated enviro store (using PRMS). These include but are not limited to:

– Wall and floor decals.
– Art frames.
– More options on flooring and wall finishes.
– Natural elements including living animated plants and animals, rocks, water systems and much more!
– Knick-knacks.
– FX, particles
– Sound and music effect libraries

Owners of enviro NFTs will have the option to upgrade them to a higher tier. To do this they will have to submit 2 same NFTs of the tier they wish to upgrade from and a certain number of PRMS tokens to obtain a NFT of the higher tier. The upgraded NFT is received with randomized traits as if it were minted.

So for example:
2 x Tier 1 enviros + [25000] $PRMS = 1 x Tier 2 enviro
2 x Tier 2 enviros + [25000] $PRMS = 1 x Tier 3 enviro
2 x Tier 3 enviros + [25000] $PRMS = 1 x Tier 4 enviro and so on.

“Consumed” enviros enter back into the smart contract. For all tier 1 enviro
that are “consumed”, there is an auction-based sale for re-purchase of these
enviro with default 3D assets. The base price of the enviro will be based on
the fair market value of Tier 1 enviro. “Consumed” tier 2 or higher enviros go back into the smart contract, and can be obtained via upgrading Tier 1 enviros as above. Since the number of enviros in each tier is fixed, users may need to wait until one becomes available (i.e. tier 2 enviro users must wait until tier 3 enviro becomes available if there are none in the liquidity contract). Required number of PRMS for upgrade is subject to + or – 25% changes given the market rate for the token.
